FIRST APPOINTMENT
The first visit is an opportunity for us to meet and for you to tell me what you’re looking for at this time. By the end of the visit, we can also assess if we are a good fit, discuss a treatment plan and frequency of visits.
FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees are set at the time of consultation based on frequency of sessions. Also, depending on your insurance policy, you may have out- of-network benefits. If so, I’ll provide a bill for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
HEALTH INSURANCE
I do not participate with insurance companies as a provider at this time. I will give you a bill to submit to your insurer for out of network benefits, depending on your policy. I bill monthly and payment is due at that time.
